How do I book a fishing trip?
Browse available trips, select your preferred date and operator, then complete the booking with secure payment through our platform.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept FPX (online banking), GrabPay (eWallet), and credit/debit cards via Stripe for secure transactions.
How do cancellations work?
Cancel 48+ hours before for 100% refund (minus 4% processing fee). 24-48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund unless operator approves.
Are all operators verified?
Yes, all fleet operators are verified with DOF licenses, SSM registration, and maritime safety certifications before listing trips.
What if weather cancels my trip?
Weather cancellations (MMEA alerts, unsafe conditions) receive full refunds or free rescheduling options.
How can I become a fleet operator?
Contact partnerships@jomboat.com with your DOF license, SSM registration, and vessel documentation. We'll guide you through the verification process.
